stolen 2012 Trek 7.2 FX WSD

I parked my bike on a bike rack on the corner of 13th and 3rd and I locked it with a heavy duty cable combination lock. I then took a dance class for 2 hours, came back, and the bike and lock were missing. I was able to get footage from the restaurant there, and the video shows a heavy set guy in a white cap come, cut off the lock, and take the bike at 11:52am on 7/27/18. It is “dusty blue”, almost looks turquoise. When I left it I had a light pink water bottle holder on it and a light pink/silver bell.
