Description of incident
EPS Tracking#: T18006268 -- What: Bicycle theft. Where: My front porch at my home. When: 24-Jul; sometime between 12:30 - 7:00am. Neighbours say close to 04:30am. Who: unknown. Why: Prior attempt to cut my lock, which was absolutely unsuccessful (high-grade Abus lock). I didn't report that, as I wasn't sure the location that it had occurred, not having noticed it immediately. Maybe related? How: They unscrewed my fence railing w/ correctly fitted hexhead screwdriver. -- Also: I have photos taken around 7:00am.
