It's got black handlebar tape on bullhorns. It's got a black racing saddle with a tear it in. It doesn't have any water bottle holders. It doesn't have any splash guards. It got black and red lettering. It's got toe cage pedals. Pictures show both water bottle holders and red handlebar tape, but I removed the holders and changed the tape last year. Bike also has a "Salt Lake County and Cities" bicycle license sticker on the bottom indicating license number 390017.

I had this bike and another bike locked to a bike stand right outside Pok Pok. Unfortunately (stupidly), I had only a cable lock on both bikes. The area was well-lit and there were plenty of people around. We finished at Pok Pok and walked across the street to Whiskey Soda Lounge for a drink. Bikes were still there. Sat down in WSL, but decided to bike somewhere else after having a little water. We were maybe in WSL for 5-10 minutes. Came back out and my Felt bike was gone, the cable lock was cut, and the other bike was still there.
