Description of incident: Parked van at Pacific Place Mall out front of Dollar Tree at 4PM on 28th June 2018. Bike was mounted on a hitch type rack and locked to the hitch itself. Van was parked nose in. After visiting shop for approximately 10mins bike was gone, lock cut.
