stolen Specialized Crossroads

I locked my bike up at a bike rack out side the "Dan Sung Sa" restaurant on Telegraph ave at 19:46 on Wednesday the 27th June 2018. I used a "kryptonite kryptolok series 2". When I came out the restaurant at around 21:43 all that was there was half the lock. The lock had been cut in two. The bike had my black shiny helmet on it, black mud guards, a bike rack, back and front bike lights, 2 bike bells, and a locked black pannier with a few books and a few clothes inside. The bike was registered with "Safe Bikes" it had a safe bike sticker on it; number: 013580. It also had a "pedal revolution" sticker on it, as this was where it was bought. The photo attached is the bike before I added mud guards and the bike rack.
