Description of incident
Bicycle was taken from the basement below my apartment in NE Portland. A witness described the thief as male who was loading stolen items into a red or maroon older Camry that was driven by a woman. The chain broke as the man was being chased by the witness. My bicycle has a rear rack and front/back Planet Bike fenders. Handlebar tape is black and has a light mount (w/o light).
