I parked my bike at West Oakland BART, right outside the entrance of the station at the bike parking at 9am 6/26/18, with 2 U-locks and a chain. When I returned at 5:30pm the 2 U-locks and chain were cut and left on the sidewalk right where I had parked my bike at the bike parking. I tried to report the theft to the station agent but he said a BART police would have to take report and that they wouldn't come to take a report because "it is just a bike" and told me to call the BART police to report. I have tried calling but there is no answer.
