Description of incident
It appears as two (or more) people dropped two stolen bikes behind my building and then broke into the apt building hallway and stole my bike as well as packages. They broke into the neighboring building also. I found a third stolen bike dropped on the sidewalk a few houses down. It seems like they are stealing and upgrading bikes as they travel. It happened late Tuesday night.
