Description of incident
I left the bike locked outside the San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles because I lost the key for the lock and am waiting for a replacement. A week later the bike was gone. It had been locked with two locks. One (black and red) is still on the bike rack and one (lime green) is gone.
