I rode my bike to marshalls on june first at about 7:30, I left marshalls to got to family dollar in the same plaza, I came out of family dollar saw my bike then went into the Chinese restaurant. no more than 6-8 minutes I came out and my bike was gone, the chain was cut and left on the floor, and a young African American guy in a big brownish truck was driving away fast, acting as if he was on the phone.
