The bicycle was stolen out of bicycle storage room of appartment building at 2138 California St NW. The room was locked with a key only available to tenants, condo owners and staff. The bicycle had been stored in the room on Friday, June 1 at 7pm. The theft must have occured between then and Monday, June 4 at 8am when the theft was discovered. The lock to the storage room was locked on Monday morning and had not been tempered with.
