Crook was wearing a motor cycle helmet and gloves. He sat down in chair at coffee shop next door, apparently waiting for people in area to leave. He then took chair he was sitting on to the bike shop next door, sat down in chair facing door and used a battery powered TSA 230 STIHL Cutquik cut-off machine with metal blade to quickly cut through two bolt locks on door. Once inside, he put the Stihl saw in his backpack, stole bike. Person cleaning next door saw him ride off carrying the chair.
