Bike was on the second basement of an apartment building, at a resident restricted area (fob activated). Bike was locked to a rack. Burglar walked in with a car, and walked out with a bike, exting through an alley between Boren Ave N, Fairview Ave, Harrison, And Republican St in Seattle SLU area, around 1:30am
