Very distinctive high end mountain bike! There are very few Ellsworth bikes and if you see one for sale that's blue- Let me know! Carbon handle bars and seat post. The front shock is a gold-color Rockshox Psylo which is an older shock you don't see on bikes anymore.

Bike was locked to a street light pole and the thief cut the cable lock. I found (and still have) the cable lock. Happened in front of the Capital One Cafe at 101 Post Street (at Kearny). Occurred at approximately 5:45pm on Feb 2nd.
