We have video and stills of the thief. From them we can tell that the thief entered US govt property from Montlake Blvd just before 4:00 PM, cased several bikes that were all locked, and then walked off the property through our Hamlin St entrance. About 3 min later, he returned via Hamlin, walked up to bike, cut the lock and rode off. Thief was a white male, 20s to early 30s; white stocking cap; gray pants; gray hoody; dark green backpack.
