stolen 2018 Specialized Ariel Hydraulic Disc

Happened between 9:30am and 2:30pm outside of my office. I parked and locked my bicycle at around 9:30am with a U-lock and a cable outside of my office using a bicycle rack that is right next to one of the exit doors of the condo where my office is located (ground floor), around 2:30 I realized the cable and lock had been cut, they left the lock. I believe the home owner's association of the property where my office is located has security footage as there is a camera right above the bike rack.
