Bike and the rack it was locked to stolen from unattached garage between 3pm on 7/19 and 11:30am on 7/20. Rack was mounted to wall, bike had U-lock passing through body, wheel, and rack. Unattached garage has missing door so thief did not break in to building, however there is no view of interior from street so they would have had to walk up driveway/behind house to see the bike.
Thief left behind red backpack full of first aid/survival supplies and a NW Forest Pass, no identification.
