Man was caught on CCTV from my office. He was slightly over weight, white male with brown balding hair. At the time wearing a white hoody and jeans. He was riding his own bike when scouting out my bike. His bike was white. He must live in the area as he came back with bolt cutter and without his bike within 5 minutes
