Description of incident
Light blue Specialized Amira Expert 2010 Road Bike Women's size 51 stolen in front of Glama-Rama! Salon / Black Serum Tatoo Sunday morning (4/15) between at 10:09am. Captured on video camera. Two thieves were men. Bike frame has black tape wrapped and painted on it.
