Bike locked with combination cable lock outside Field and Stream in Medford, cut and gone within two minutes. Woman with short pink hair seen next to it before disappearance. Bike is a sky blue Cannondale road bike with neon green handlebar tape, yellow seat, white "ONE LESS FIXIE" sticker on frame.
