Vintage bicycle, probably from the 1980s but not sure. Distinguishing characteristics: double brakes on handle bars (drop and safety), old-fashioned gear-shifters on handle bars, rack over rear wheel, mismatched tires, new seat (not original). Has expired bike license sticker on frame.
