Bike is parked in underground parking lot (accessible only by remote control), inside a locked door that can only be opened by a resident apartment key. Not visible to the public. Bike was not locked in the locked door. The bike no longer has a rear mudflap as the photo is old. Police report # reported here is the LEDR MK2 number.
