Vehicle was stolen from a locked roof rack in front of my residence. The theft occurred between the hours of 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm on a busy street. It was on top of my 2008 White Honda Civic. If you have any information regarding this incident. Please let me know. They did not take the front wheel.
