I locked my bike in front of Otto Miller Hall on SPU campus at 4:30 p.m. Campus security showed that it was stolen by a guy with a pony tail and a yellow backpack at 8:58 p.m. He had a wire cutter and cut my lock and rode off down the Ship Canal trail.
