On 02/16/18 at approx. 1150 hours, I parked and secured my bicycle with a Kryptonite u-lock attached to a bicycle rack and left them unattended on 16th and Harrison Streets. I returned to retrieve my bicycle at approx. 1300 hours and they were missing from the rack.
