I had my dogs loose in front of my apartment door. I saw an older, black teenager coming up the sidewalk & brought my unleashed dogs inside, as many kids in the area are afraid of dogs. Mere seconds after I came inside, I heard a loud noise. I looked out my window & saw my front porch railings were kicked to pieces & my bike was gone. I drove around the streets looking for him before giving up.
