Older road bike with hybrid tires. When last seen, it had a black pannier attached to the rack in the pack. A reflective yellow jacket was in the pannier. Also stolen were the U-lock with cable and a helmet.

Bike was stolen from open garage. It was not locked at the time. We live near Gasworks Parks and expect that the bike might show up near there.
