At approximately 3:30 pm on 2/21/2018 I locked up my bike and helmet outside Great Western Power Company (GWPC) and went inside. At 4:30pm on 2/21/2018 I came out to find my Kryptonite U-Lock bike lock had been cut and my helmet was on the ground, my bicycle gone. GWPC staff informed me that they had no video recording of the incident.
