This was a classic road bike. I don't know the model but the components were Suntour Cyclone. The gears were mounted to the center of the frame. The handlebars had electrical tape on them. There was an unlocked U-Lock attached to the frame.

Bike was unlocked on top of a second story balcony. Burglar had to somehow climb to adjacent neighbor's balcony from the next door fence. Nothing else was stolen including a separate mountain bike so this was most likely a targeted theft since the bike was a classic.
