On Tri-Rail property over a month ago. Could not remove my bicycle from passenger rail car at my arrival station because the bike lock had jammed. Informed conductor and security guard at the time. Bike description: Silver Schwinn Varsity with missing cover on headlight, and aftermarket plastic fenders (serial # SNMNG06E35104).
I left a report with lost and found. I called back several
times and was told to wait for them to call me.
