Stolen from a locked Courtyard in the area lower garden district one block north of St Charles. Bike has a small black bell on the handlebars as well as a white reflector that is out of place. There is also a cable lock that is locked attached to the crossbar. There is also a water bottle holder and a removable gel soft seat attached to the bike
