Bicycle stored in underground, “secured” parking garage. To young adults caught on camera entering garage & heading straight for my bicycle, clearing had scoped the situation out. I had the u-lock on the front tire this time rather than the frame, with a cable going through the frame. They cut the cable, taking everything but the front tire.
