stolen 2013 Trek 1.5 H2 (Compact)

I left my road bicycle with frame and rear wheel locked to the bicycle rack just outside the TTUHSC Academic Classroom from afternoon of December 30th to early morning (4am) of January 1st. When I came to take it home, it was gone. The helmet was still at the location. The bicycle, a $1400 Trek 1.5, is highly modified and identifiable, with an Ibera bike rack, Power Grip straps on aluminum platform pedals, blue Lizard Skin handlebar tape. The serial # is 305676. Please help me find my bike. I commute an hour every day on it, rain or snow, and as a student with a family and two children, it is difficult to afford a replacement.
