Distinguishing features
Step through. Mostly stock. Cork grips were replaced with black rubber, and saddle & stem were replaced with shock absorbing stock. Spokes had a few colorful pipe cleaners wrapped around them.

Description of incident
Returned from holiday travel to find bike missing from gated backyard. Was under a tarp and locked to wrought iron fence with two kryptonite U-locks - only one half of one lock was found, one and a half broken U locks were removed with the bike. Bike should still have wheel lock secured to frame.
