Description of incident
A guy named Ryan B****r lives at 1704 Annette St. stole my roommates bike he thought was mine. It's a 26" Men's with small rack over rear tire. The bracket is broken on the left side that attaches to the bracket from frame. It might be in the back yard, theres a fence around the backyard with a pitbull. Also has multiple cameras around property.He's a skinny white dude real sketched out looking. He not dangerous just very paranoid
