stolen 2007 Fuji Altair 1 aluminum

I don't have an exact picture as I did not have one saved for some stupid reason but the bike looks like that.Only difference is the pedals did not have that holder strap to help hold shoes and the top bad under the frame has a screwed on holder to hold my U-Lock. Also the brake cabled on the handle bars have electrical tape on them.The 1st and 7th gear also skip a bit if you try turning the pedals to fast. And both the from and back tires are different, rear is a fully road bike no thread tire and the front is a hybrid thread tire. Color is Silver/Gray and red with the frame that says Fuji on the bottom bar and Newest 3.0 on the top. Was stolen yesterday at night on 12/27/17. Any signs or tips on where to look would greatly help.This was taken from the U-District Area around on 12th and campus parkway.
