Red 1991 Cannondale SR400. Had a white Selle Italia women's seat and celeste blue handle bar tape and water bottle cages at the time of the theft. Back right side of fork is wider than left side from previous repair.

Bike was locked to scaffolding for the day. Thief unbolted the scaffolding and slid the lock right off the top bar. Bike may still have lock attached. Lock was an Abus 40 mini in red and black.
