It’s a black and white Fuji Declararion. The handbars are straight and have white accents. There are some faded white detail stickers on the frame. The chain is pink. There is a broken spoke on the front wheel. The seat is black with a tear on one side and an “8” on it. The bike was locked to a sign post and the theif removed the sign from the top of the pole and lifted the bike over the top of the sign pole at about 1:20 am. I was able to watch a video of the theft from security footage.
