The bike had front and back "anti-theft" lights on it, a black phone holder on the left handlebar, a silver rear rack with a two strip bungee strap attached to it, wheel lights on both the back and front wheels, and a SAFE Bikes serial number attached to the underside of the bike frame

wrapped my front bike wheel with the cable and locked my back wheel to the bike lock frame with my ABUS bike lock. Came back 45 mins later and the bike was stolen, right in front of Verizon Wireless on market street (the busiest street of the year)
