All-black glossy bike, impeccably maintained and looked near new (used for transportation not sport), newer aftermarket brake pads, few light scratches to sides of frame, one grip-end damaged, had red flashing taillight on seatpost when stolen. Possibly seen around 19th & Center Streets and also Lancaster Dr area.

Locked up handlebars, frame, and both wheels with thick cable and storage-unit style round lock. Went into mall from about 1-7pm. Came out and bike was missing.
