My bike (and many others) were removed from the rail in the parking garage in the M1 (Starbucks) building at the Fillmore Center. My bike had an Onguard lock that fastened the frame of the bike onto the rail and Pinhead skewers to prevent the wheels from being removed. The railing was CLEAN--there was no trace of the lock left (no shards of metal, etc.)
