My bicycle was stolen from inside the underground garage of my residential building sometime between the dates of 11/1 and 11/ 8. The thief somehow entered the garage which has locked garage doors and then managed to cut through the heaviest duty New York U-Lock that was keeping my bike secure to a bike post.
