I parked my bike on the sidewalk outside of Pier 27 on the Embarcadero at approximately 3:30 pm on 11/2/2017 and locked the bike around a steel bike lock structure. Upon returning from a conference at Pier 27 at approximately 6:00pm the same day, I found my bike lock broken, which appeared to be cut, and my bike was missing.
