Neon Green Handle bar tape was just put on before stolen. There are some scratches on the top bar of the frame due to attaching a bike pump. There is also a small scratch or crack seen in the picture attached. The handle bars have been replaced and are smaller than the original. The stem was also replaced and is shorter. Neither are Specialized brand. The pedals on the bike were flat on one side and mountain clips on the other. The seat post has a number of scratches. Size is 50 or 51.
