It was stoken from Block 17 apartment B2 gararge bike park between 10/2 at 3:15pm and 10/3 at 2:30pm. The bike has BELL child carrier (gray) at the bike, double kick stand and a small mirror near the right handle. The carrier may have a powell's books sticker on it.
