Description of incident
Around 5:30am a man climbed my fence and pulled my bike over. When I confronted him he took off down St Ann st towards the French Quarter. He was wearing jeans, a dark baggy shirt, and a flat brimmed baseball hat. My bike is black and lime green. The right handlebar is slightly ripped up on the bottom and there is a small nick on the frame mid-way to the handlebars.
