Distinguishing features

It is a black bike with blue highlights. It has a small scuff on the back of the seat. It's in pretty good shape overall. It has two mud-guards. The back one is a small piece of plastic that wedges in under the seat, and the front one is a little more industrial. It also has two rechargeable lights on it - one on the front and one on the back.

Description of incident

I locked the bike up on 9/25/2017 around 5:30-6:00pm. I came out this morning and it was missing. It was locked up outside the District Apartment Complex in their bike racks.
