Bike was stolen from an SUV roof rack while at a motel. The bike was locked with a cable to the rack of the car. The thief cut the cable and left it by a nearby fence. The roof rack connects to the front fork of the bike, and the front wheel needs to be removed to attach the bike to the rack. Therefore, the bike was stolen without its front wheel.
