stolen 2017 Nirve Knuckle

White male, 25-35, backpack, black clothing, ball cap, cut 2 kryptonite cable locks in front of our apartment and rode off as I opened the door. Heard a weird sound in front of our apartment but couldn't see much because it's dark. He had probably cased the complex and knew it was dark. Multiple bikes have been stripped and stolen from here. Attempted to run after him but had no shoes and was not prepared to run into a dark street after him. Walked around the neighborhood with a neighbor, but saw no one.
