SUSP(S) USED UNK TOOL TO CUT VICTIM'S BUILT-IN BIKE LOCK FROM THE HITCH-MOUNT BIKE RACK ATTACHED TO REAR OF VEH. SUSP(S) THEN REMOVED BIKE AND FLED IN UNK DIRECTION. MOTORIZED GARAGE GATE HAS UNLOCKED STANDARD-SIZE DOOR.
